The Deep-freezing Sandwich Panel has a different core thickness, which ranges from 160mm, 180mm, and up to 200mm.  The union system between panels has a double EPDM and ridges, and silicone is applied to avoid temperature loss.  The temperatures that this panel withstands are from -15 to -30 degrees below zero, ideal to use on any freezing chamber size.

Between the double EPDM joint that seals its unions, necessary to cover and create deep-freezing rooms, there are two channels that tongue-and-groove, one panel onto the another. Our Frigorific Panel is prepared to adhere to each other through special silicone for deep-freezing storage rooms, which prevents the leakage of the negative temperature inside. On the other hand, it also creates a thermal break between both panels, especially between the outer and the inner sheet, making the exterior and interior temperatures independent.

The insulation of the Sandwich Panel Ultra-Freeze Storage Room is of variable thickness, manufacturing different thicknesses based on polyurethane due to its high thermal insulation capacity. The Deep-freezing Sandwich Panel, is manufactured similarly to the rest of the panels, of two galvanized steel plates, pre-lacquered and profiled around an insulating core of rigid expanded polyurethane foam of 40 kg / m³. Its predominant value of the Deep-freezing Panel is that when manufactured in very high thicknesses (up to 200 mm) achieves total resistance and thermal insulation in deep-freezing storage rooms where temperatures can be around – 30 º below zero.

The manufacturing of the Deep-Freezing Sandwich Panel complies with all its controlled security measures.  Having been manufactured in high thickness it’s important to follow such measurements at all times.  Once the panel cools and its manufacturing journey ends, it goes to a roller rail where it’s placed in a seal baler that automatically protects its integrity stacked with a maximum of 6 panels per package, then it is stored in a place in a room without light for a day before being loaded into a container or truck, depending on its final destination.

The post-manufacturing process includes: the maturation comb of the deep-freezing panel, the storage in a dry and dark place, and its minimum panel´s appeal, which contributes to obtaining deep-freezing panels of high quality.  Accounting for more than ten years of experience in manufacturing high-quality deep-freezing panels has made us one of the largest panel manufacturers in Spain.  We have also exported thousands of m² to America.

Depending on the client’s preferences and the type of project, you can choose thicknesses 160, 180, and 200 mm.  In addition, the thickness of the steel sheets is also variable to increase the strength if needed.  Installing the Deep-freezing Sandwich Panel is very simple; by having such thicknesses, you have to pay more attention to all the details.  It has an EPDM anti-leak union system reinforced with a double ridge in such a way that the panels are tongue-inched by screwing together.

Accessories and Endings


The sanitary profile is a PVC accessory that improves the cleaning of cold rooms. It is especially useful for works with Refrigeration Panel to be incorporated in the joints and avoid dirt accumulation.


Interior corner cap for Sandwich Panel facades. It is anchored at the 90° joint between two panels. In this way we will avoid filtrations, undesired movements and a good aesthetic finish from the inside.


Exterior Corner Finish for Sandwich Panel Facade. Protects the external area of the facade at the 90º meeting point between two panels for a spectacular finish. Available in white exterior and various sizes.


The U-shaped finial serves as a rail or guide for the exposed hardware sandwich panel facade. Screwed on the floor or under the roof, it provides a support point on which the sandwich panel is fixed for maximum protection.


Metal omegas are the perfect solution to act as a support or secondary structure for panels or simple sheet metal. Among the many advantages are weight resistance and reduced assembly costs.
