The Cold Storage Panels, is designed to maintain controlled temperatures in very specific rooms. For example, food handling, cutting rooms, temperature-controlled cold warehouses, anteroom of freezing chambers, and large logistics centers for handling cold products, etc. It is also used in other industries such as pharmaceuticals or laboratories that require low temperature rooms, no freezing conditions, to optimized the maintenance of pharmaceutical products.

Our Cold Storage Insulated Panels comes in various polyurethane foam sizes, these are between 40 mm to 100 mm.  The sizes that are common in the United States are 50 mm, 60 mm, and 80 mm.  This inner layer, like the rest of the panels, is protected by two steel sheets, one on the upper surface and the other on the lower part. Its upper outline is very resistant. It is very simple to assemble, its union joints are composed of one side a rail, and the other a ridge, that when installed creates an airtight seal, which detains any exterior low temperature while maintaining in the interior part of the room, temperatures from 20 to 0 degrees Celsius. In this way, thanks to the Cold Storage Insulation Panels, it is posible to create a completly seal room, avoiding the termique leaks and allowing you to get a controlled temperature.

The main advantage of the Cold Storage Sandwich Panels is its price which is more competitive than ever, while having a low price, the panel maintains its quality, which characterizes us as selling a high-quality product.  When choosing to build a cold room with a sandwich panel, covering the inside portion of the warehouse, you can use the frigorific panel that is used for siding on the roof top, without any problem since it will not be exposed to meteorological aggressions. The mecanical resistance of the Cold Room Insulation Panel is given by its unique profile. The frets create an stronger surface protecting the interior for any external aggression

With our panel, you can get high insulation due to its polyurethane foam and great resistance, from its steel sheets. With all these characteristics combine we have the best Cold Storage Insulation Panels, which will withstand all kinds of temperatures, even below 0 degrees.

The insulation of the Cold Storage Panels has various size in thickness. Its different type of insulation foam is manufactured on polyurethane material due to its great thermal capacity. The insulations or insulation coefficients are equal to or higher than those shown in the table, equivalent to their average equivalence thickness.

The Cold Room Insulation Panel is the most popular material among professionals in the food, agricultural and commercial sectors. When you need to keep food products at a constant temperature, Cold Storage Panels will be your best choice. Composed of two sheets of pe-lacquered steel, galvanized and profiled in white exterior and interior that protects inside an insulating layer of injected polyurethane of high density (40kg / m3). Responsible for providing levels of thermal insulation much higher than other traditional materials.

This Cold Storage Panels comes in thicknesses side 40 to 100 mm, selecting the correct thickness depends on the temperature you need to maintain inside the cold chamber and also depends on the recommendations that the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Hence, this will obtain the optimal insulation and operation ratio of the freezer generator. As an example, handling fruits that requires temperatures from 8 to 12 degrees.  It is recommended in this example to choose a panel that has a thickness between 60 and 80 mm thick, but taking into account the outside conditions and if the panel will be installed on the exterior or interior, and how large will the freezing chamber will be.

The installation of the Sandwich Panel for cold rooms is by means of a tongue and groove system, similar to that of standard polyurethane facades. But it is characterized by having an EPDM gasket with double ridges to prevent leaks. You don't need anything else to place the sandwich panel and seal its joint. It already incorporates a watertight EPDM joint that seals the union between panel and panel across the width being able to make chambers or rooms of any size in addition to any height. Only, from Panel Sandwich Group we always recommend completing the work with the health profiles, PVC pieces that are placed at the junction between panel and panel to improve the cleaning and hygiene of the cold rooms and cold rooms.

The installation for the Cold Storage Panels is through a tongue-and-groove system, similar to the standard panels used for siding, the difference is of having an EPDM gasket with double ridges that prevent thermal leakage. There aren´t any additional accessories need it to seal the joints, since it already incorporates a watertight EPDM system that seals the union between panels across the width, ideal for cool rooms of any size and high. When utilizing Frigorific Panels, in a cool storage room, where high hygiene is required, is recommended by Panel Sandwich Group, to use the sanitary PVC outline pieces that are placed at the junction between panels to improve cleaning and sanitariness.
