Description
The Cold Storage Panels, is designed to maintain controlled temperatures in very specific rooms. For example, food handling, cutting rooms, temperature-controlled cold warehouses, anteroom of freezing chambers, and large logistics centers for handling cold products, etc. It is also used in other industries such as pharmaceuticals or laboratories that require low temperature rooms, no freezing conditions, to optimized the maintenance of pharmaceutical products.
Our Cold Storage Insulated Panels comes in various polyurethane foam sizes, these are between 40 mm to 100 mm. The sizes that are common in the United States are 50 mm, 60 mm, and 80 mm. This inner layer, like the rest of the panels, is protected by two steel sheets, one on the upper surface and the other on the lower part. Its upper outline is very resistant. It is very simple to assemble, its union joints are composed of one side a rail, and the other a ridge, that when installed creates an airtight seal, which detains any exterior low temperature while maintaining in the interior part of the room, temperatures from 20 to 0 degrees Celsius. In this way, thanks to the Cold Storage Insulation Panels, it is posible to create a completly seal room, avoiding the termique leaks and allowing you to get a controlled temperature.

The Cold Room Insulation Panel is the most popular material among professionals in the food, agricultural and commercial sectors. When you need to keep food products at a constant temperature, Cold Storage Panels will be your best choice. Composed of two sheets of pe-lacquered steel, galvanized and profiled in white exterior and interior that protects inside an insulating layer of injected polyurethane of high density (40kg / m3). Responsible for providing levels of thermal insulation much higher than other traditional materials.
This Cold Storage Panels comes in thicknesses side 40 to 100 mm, selecting the correct thickness depends on the temperature you need to maintain inside the cold chamber and also depends on the recommendations that the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Hence, this will obtain the optimal insulation and operation ratio of the freezer generator. As an example, handling fruits that requires temperatures from 8 to 12 degrees.
