Description
The Insulated Freezer Panel has a different core thickness, which ranges from 160 mm, 180 mm, and up to 200 mm. The union system between panels has a double EPDM and ridges, and silicone is applied to avoid temperature loss. The temperatures that this panel withstands are from -15 to -30 degrees below zero, ideal to use on any freezing chamber size.

Between the double EPDM joint that seals its unions, necessary to cover and create deep-freezing rooms, there are two channels that tongue-and-groove, one panel onto the another. The manufacturing of the Sandwich Panel for Deep-freezing storage room is not easy. Especially for its high density of polyurethane core of 40kg/m3 and high thickness of up to 200 mm. Our Deep-freezing Sandwich Panel, which comes out of the oven with the projected polyurethane, is cut to the extent required by the client in their projects and passes through an area called "panel comb" that lengthens the path of the panel before being packed. Characteristics
The Refrigeration Insulated Panels, is manufactured similarly to the rest of the panels, of two galvanized steel plates, pre-lacquered and profiled around an insulating core of rigid expanded polyurethane foam of 40 kg / m3. Its predominant value of the Freezer Panel is that when manufactured in very high thicknesses (up to 200 mm) achieves total resistance and thermal insulation in deep-freezing storage rooms where temperatures can be around – 30 º below zero.
The manufacturing of the Refrigeration Panels comply with all its controlled security measures. Having been manufactured in high thickness it's important to follow such measurements at all times. Once the panel cools and its manufacturing journey ends, it goes to a roller rail where it’s placed in a seal baler that automatically protects its integrity stacked with a maximum of 6 panels per package, then it is stored in a place in a room without light for a day before being loaded into a container or truck, depending on its final destination.
The post-manufacturing process includes: the maturation comb of the refrigeration panels, the storage in a dry and dark place, and its minimum panel´s appeal, which contributes to obtaining freezer panels of high quality. Accounting for more than ten years of experience in manufacturing high-quality deep-freezing panels has made us one of the largest panel manufacturers in United States. We have also exported thousands of m2 to America.
Depending on the client's preferences and the type of project, you can choose thicknesses 160, 180 and 200 mm. In addition, the thickness of the steel sheets is also variable to increase the strength if needed. Installing the Refrigeration Panel is very simple; by having such thicknesses, you have to pay more attention to all the details. It has an EPDM anti-leak union system reinforced with a double ridge in such a way that the panels are tongue-inched by screwing together.
