Description

The Insulated Drop Ceiling Panel made of Aluminum is the inner coating for roofs that utilize sandwich panels. This panel is ideal for corrosive environments such as farms, chemical plants, livestock farms, stores of harmful substances including: swimming pools, water treatment, salting plants, fish farms, etc. Unlike our Agricultural Insulated Panel, these Dropped Ceiling plates are not installed on the outside surface, but rather are used to cover and reinforce the inside of a room.

Hence, this Aluminum Drop Ceiling for interior use has a peculiar assembly; when install the exterior face will remind hidden, being that is the part that will be in contact with the main roof, this side is composed of embossed centesimal aluminum or bituminous felt cardboard. The inner face is the one that will be visible from the inside and will remain in contact with possible corrosive gases; it is manufactured with polyester and reinforced with fiberglass. Both inside sheets’ plates are insulated with layers of high-density polyurethane foam that comes in various thicknesses between 30 and 40 mm.

The Aluminum False Ceiling Panel resists more than other building materials that degrade quickly in these environments such as galvanized steel. Other manufacturers offer dropped ceiling interior linings with different insulating foams that do not adequately withstand the demanding conditions to which they are exposed. As for the installation, it can be accomplished using the same metal or concrete structure used for the assembly of the outer cover of sheet, panel, or fiber cement. On this must be placed a metal substructure held by threaded rods that allow the installation of the sandwich panel giving it a good grip on the plates. This type of installation allows for an increase in the insulation and maintenance of heat in farms. In addition, it improves the aesthetic appearance and allows higher energy savings.

To complete its assembly is convenient to use PVC tulips to cover the screws. Being corrosive environments along with this accessory we avoid problems such as the metallic element becoming rusted and degraded, and at the same time provide an aesthetic finish to the final installation.

The H-shaped trim is made of PVC to avoid oxidation in corrosive environments. It facilitates the assembly of the False Ceiling by intercalating between two panels, as it is H-shaped it allows its total integration.
