The insulation of the Terracotta Red Thermoacoustic Tile Panel is built in 3 different thicknesses manufactured on a polyurethane base for its high thermal insulation capacity. The standard is an extra 55 mm thick and is the one chosen when purchasing the Thermoacoustic Tile. The insulation or insulation coefficients are equal or superior to those shown in the table at the top of the tile, equivalent to its average thickness. The sheet metal thickness is 0.5/0.5 mm.

The example of the load or resistance is specific to the Thermoacoustic Tile, with a 65mm core and two or more support points. The values in the table depend on the thickness of the polyurethane and the thickness of the sheets used. The values are those that comply as a minimum, having point loads that support more than shown. These point loads are customarily implemented when installing the Thermoacoustic Tile sandwich panel on a ceiling when they are moving through it when assembling it. For more information or specific resistance tables according to the assembly, you can request it from your sales representative.

Characteristics

The Thermoacoustic Tile is made with two sheets of galvanized steel plates, that are pre-lacquered and profile. The upper sheet metal is made with the same shape as the traditional Spanish tile, and the lower sheet metal can be manufactured in different finishes such as white or imitation wood. The two plates protect an insulating core of 40 kg/m3 rigid injected polyurethane foam, providing exceptional comfort and insulation; this way, the Thermoacoustic Tile Panel can guarantee extraordinary outcomes on residential sites due to its thermal insulation, amazing waterproofing protection, simple maintenance, and easy to repair.

As a manufacturer, Panel Sandwich Group provides various thicknesses and finishes adapted to each customer, so we recommend consulting each case with our sales representatives. Our Thermoacoustic Tile is available in three different average thicknesses: 45 mm (60 mm in the tiled slope and 20 mm in the valley),55 mm (70 and 30 mm, respectively),and 65 mm (80 and 40 mm),being the medium thickness the most usual. In this way, the insulation is according to the site environment and the needs of each installation..

The Imitation Tile Panel is installed employing overlaps (one panel on top of another) and screwed to the structure, requiring fewer support points than the other panels but guaranteeing higher levels of protection. To achieve the best results from Panel Sandwich Group, we offer specific self-drilling screws with cappellotti with a neoprene gasket to obtain the maximum waterproofing. This way, you will save to the maximum without risking excellent quality.

The aesthetic finish of the Thermoacoustic Tile is one of the reasons customers decide to buy this type of roof. We have worked for years on its appearance so that the result is as similar as possible to the traditional Spanish tile, and at first glance, it is hard to distinguish them. In terms of its technical and mechanical properties, the Red Tile Panel far surpasses the traditional tile: reducing the support points without endangering its structural integrity and guaranteeing maximum waterproofing and protection against leaks and humidity.

The fire performance of the Panel Sandwich Group Thermoacoustic Tile is classified as C S3 D0 / B S2 D0 due to its rigid polyurethane foam core. This classification is the result of the tests required by current Spanish legislation and comfortably meets the requirements established by the European framework.

Our roofing tile sandwich panel stands out from products such as plastic tiles because the aesthetic finish is much better. We have worked so that, at first glance, there is no difference between one of our panels and traditional ceramic tiles. The plastic tile tries to imitate ceramic finishes but it is usually quite poor.

The difference between our sandwich panel and the plastic tile or ceramic tiles is its high insulation capacity. It can be adapted to any climate in United States of America providing climate control inside the building.
