Description
The Architectural Insulated Sandwich Panel is the most used on buildings that is searching for a carefully aesthetic finish: offices, shopping centers, industrial warehouses, school buildings, hotels… We have built and sold Architectural Insulated Panels with an smooth finishing, and with bridges for all type of constructions with spectacular results for our american clients.
The Flat or architectural siding sandwich panel differs from the rest of the panels because it incorporates a completely smooth outer steel sheet, for a refined and modern image, with a thickness greater than usual to provide more resistance to the whole. Furthermore, at Panel Sandwich Group we also manufacture it in various polyurethane core thicknesses and adjust the thermoacoustic insulation. This panel for siding can be placed both vertically and horizontally and by increasing the thickness of the metal sheet we will avoid the water effect (which is very common in panels of other manufacturers). This problem comes when eliminating the outline of the sheets and unattractive bubbles are formed due to the exposure of the sun light.
Our architectural siding sandwich panel offers high thermal insulation from 35 mm to 100 mm thick and its installation is very simple, thanks to a system that hides the screw and protects the union from water leaks. In Panel Sandwich Group, we also incorporate the staple used in other panels that increase the strength and carrying capacity of the architectural panel making it unique at a very competitive price in teh United States.
- The invention relates to a tongue-and-groove connection system with conceals the fasteners used in assembly. Thanks to the lateral overlap, it allows the screw to be hiddien, giving an attractive ending to the Architectual Insulated Panel once it is installed.

The insulation of the hidden screw siding panel is of variable thickness, manufacturing different thicknesses in polyurethane base for its great capacity of thermal insulation. The insulation or insulation coefficient is equal to or greater than those shown in the table. Weight for thickness and sheet of 0,5/0,5 mm.

Characteristics
The architectural sandwich panel is composed of two plates of galvanized and pre-coated steel that protect a high density injected polyurethane insulating core: 40 Kg/m3. The main feature of the smooth siding sandwich panel is that the interior sheet is manufactured completely smooth, in this way we create an integrated image and a careful aesthetic look. Losing the characteristic profiling of the usual siding panels what we do at Panel Sandwich Group is to make this smooth sheet with thickness greater than usual (up to 0.8 mm) and shorten the lengths to 7 or 8 meters, thus we avoid the effect Waters so harmful in any construction work.
The Sandwich Panel Architectural Siding adapts to each work to offer the best result in all kinds of situation. The high customization we offer in our panels is divided: thickness and design. As for the thickness of the insulation core we have several options between 35 and 80 mm getting the proper protection in each case. On the other hand, if we focus on the design, you can opt for a wide variety of colors on request such as Terracotta Red 3009, White Pyrenees 9010, Black Dextar 9011, Green Navarra 6005 among many more.
The installation of the Architectural Insulated Panel is quick and simple, since it has a system similar to tongue and groove that favors the union between the panels, avoiding leaks, while hiding the screw to offer a spectacular finish. The panels are screwed onto rails or U-shaped rives for a rugged and durable construction. In addition, we have optimized them to be able to mount them both vertically and horizontally. Always guaranteeing exceptional aesthetic levels that no other material can achieve in the United States.
The Architectural Sandwich Panel for Siding has a fire performance qualification as C S3 D0 / B S2 D0 by incorporating rigid polyurethane foam in its insulating core. This qualification is the result of official tests in accordance with current Spain legislation, yielding values that equal or exceed the minimum parameters established in the European framework.
