Description

Self-supporting trays serve as replacement or reinforcement straps on roofs and facades, representing a significant improvement in the installation of sandwich panels and single sheets. These plates are best utilized on structures that need to be quickly erected and cover the outer layer while increasing insulation, thermal and acoustic. To achieve the most appropriate protection on every project: the trays are fabricated in two models (90.380 and 130.600) with various thicknesses from 0.6 to 1.2 mm and lengths up to 14 meters.

To offer the maximum resistance, Panel Sandwich Group develops innovative self-supporting trays with all quality certificates. In addition, according to the requirements of your project, you can choose the type of finish: pre-coated or galvanized, according to the activities that the installation will host. They incorporate a gentle overlap that favors assembly while protecting against leaks and moisture.

Self-supporting trays offer excellent durability, meaning they do not lose their properties over time. They are the best solution if you need acoustic and thermal insulation in one product. All this with low prices! It is possible to manufacture self-supporting trays with tiny perforations to favor acoustic insulation. Our commercial team will inform you of all the news and technical specifications fully customized to your work.

Characteristics

At Panel Sandwich Group, we have been developing self-supporting trays in our facilities for a few years using galvanized and pre-coated steel plates with the possibility of choosing the thickness between 0.6 and 1.2 mm. The main feature that defines the self-supporting trays is the ability to improve the installation of sandwich panels or corrugated sheets since their function is to replace or reduce traditional straps and reduce installation times. You will find three different models of self-supporting trays: 90.380 and 130.600. The first model has a width of 380 mm, and the second model has 600 mm.

Faster installation as it does not require a more complex structure. To offer higher resistance the trays have pre-coated or galvanized finishes depending on the type of project, improving resistance compared to other materials. To know the availability of this material in each specific finish, we always recommend consulting our sales representatives to adjust to the manufacturing processes and thus enjoy the best price offered by Panel Sandwich Group.

Self-supporting trays are linked to industrial environments, especially because of the complexity of the structure that large warehouse poses; these steel metal sheets help reduce costs. Another advantage of self-supporting trays in industrial environments is the reduction of personnel and machinery, progressing more quickly in the assembly, reducing deadlines, and achieving more spectacular results by creating homogeneous surfaces inside.

In addition, to improve the result, we provide specific self-drilling screws in each order, which ensures fixation on the structure without damaging it or causing damage to the trays. These anchors also prevent leaks and moisture, improving the performance of self-supporting trays compared to other building materials that cannot guarantee that protection without resorting to additional treatments or expensive maintenance.

Self-supporting trays must withstand the installation of Sandwich Panels and fretworks sheets, both for roofs and facades, so they must have high resistance to external forces and the stresses of the structure itself. For this purpose, it is fabricated with marked profiling that gives it more packing and allows it to support the weight of sandwich sheets of all types without affecting the structure or the trays.

Accessories and Endings

BUTYL ROLL

The butyl roll is the most recommended complement for the installation of the Sandwich Panel or simple sheet. It is an adhesive that is placed between joints and allows them to fit perfectly without the possibility of leaks. 50 year warranty!
