Description

The Acoustic Sandwich Panel for siding consists of a Rockwool core and microperforated inner sheet with a black veil that offers: maximum soundproofing, insulation, and acoustic absorption, especially protection against noise. Our acoustic Rockwool Panel for siding has become the most used and demanded acoustic insulating material for industrial buildings of noisy activities, workshops, acoustic barriers on roads and highways, acoustic insulation in engine rooms and boilers, compressors, etc. You can install it for exterior cladding and interior division, ensuring the best aesthetic level.

It's fast assembling, and low-priced of the Rockwool Sandwich Panel or Acoustic Panel for siding allows to reduce installation time, and for a competitive price, the levels of acoustic protection and soundproofing are far greater than other sandwich panels for siding that requires additional treatments such as blankets or extra layers of perforated sheets.

The micro-perforated surface prevents reverberations and facilitates noise absorption in the Rockwool core, with 35 to 38 decibels. Another advantage of a Rockwool Panel Acoustic for siding is that it does not combust, is fire resistant in case of fire even if the sheet is perforated, and comes with the consequent certificate of fire resistance.

The manufacturing system for the Rockwool Acoustic Sandwich Panel for siding is particular because we add a black coating veil between the rockwool and the perforated sheet that prevents the fibers from being detached.  This innovation allows us to save or gain higher benefits on its durability and safer qualities: extraordinary resistance with low maintenance, quick and easy installation, and high quality for a low price.

The example applied on the table for loads and resistances; is based on an Acoustic Rockwool Sandwich Panel with a thickness of 120 mm in density with two or more support points. The values in the table depend on the thickness of the polyurethane foam and the thickness of the sheets used. The values are those that meet at least, having point loads that support more than shown. For more information or specific resistance tables according to the panel´s configuration, you can request them from our sales advisor.

Characteristics

The Rockwool Acoustic Sandwich Panel for siding is composed of two steel sheets, microperforated on the inside and profiled on the outside, which protect an insulating core of Rockwool. When manufacturing, all its processes are optimized with maximum safety to obtain monolithic blocks that absorb sound. The Rockwool fibers are arranged orthogonally concerning the steel plates and are compacted to adjust to the panel´s geometry for maximum protection and acoustic insulation.

In addition, the inner steel sheet with its micro-perforated profile reduces reverberation by absorbing the proper noise level and lowering them to 35 dB. These facades can be installed in different environments, surpassing the rest of traditional materials in quality and price. In Panel Sandwich Group, we adjust the thicknesses to the needs of each project: 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 and 200 mm. Achieving higher insulation sound requires a thicker Rockwool Panel, so we recommend contacting our sales representatives to know the performance and availability of each Rockwool Panel.

Another advantage that you will find in our Rockwool Acoustic Panel for siding is its simple assembly and installation system. Its low and adjusted price is amortized from the first moment saving on labor cost labor and machinery necessary for the installation. In addition, in Panel Sandwich Group, we provide special screws to fix the panels to the structure, and we have a U-shaped finish that serves as a guide and rail anchored to the ground to lift the panels one by one.

The acoustic panels manufactured by Panel Sandwich Group have an acoustic certificate, tested in independent tests complying with current Spanish regulations and satisfying or even improving the parameters required by the European Union. To know each specific case, we recommend consulting with our sales team since these values depend on a wide variety of factors, such as the thickness of the panel or the sound, source, and others. In addition, these Acoustic Rock Wool Panels for the façade offer a reaction to fire as A S2 B0. In addition to fire resistance for thicknesses 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, and 150, 200 was cataloged as EI30, EI60, EI90, EI120, and EI240, respectively.
